COLOR Directory is a replacement for the dir/w command in Dos.
It comes named D.EXE, so that all you have to type is
D<Return> and you get your direcotry. It displays the sizes
of directories, which is an invaluable tool for deciding what to
delete. Also can be configured to display the sizes of files and
directories in relation to the percentage of occupied hard drive
space. It can also use standard output which takes away the
color, but makes is useful from a bbs package. If you prefer
listings in lowercase that is also possible, so is unix type
paths. All configured options are stored in the .EXE file which
does away with annoying config files, you can even copy D.EXE to
something else and configure that copy to display the directory
different by default. One really good use is with the Waffle BBS
system. You can make it an external program configured for
standard output, lower-case, unix paths.
